Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid The top-of-the-line Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid rocks a gaudy MSRP of $189,800 for the Sedan, $193,800 for the Sport Turismo, and $200,200 for the Executive. The Turbo S E-Hybrid pairs its twin-turbo V8 engine with an electric motor, and they combine to produce 690 horsepower. As before, most options carry over unchanged.
